Never in a million years will I ever be a morning person.
Never.
But I am not one to dilly dally in bed once the alarm goes off (sadly I am usually up prior to it going off) or Simba will take it upon himself to begin his onslaught of meows as soon as daylight hits......I gotta find a way to cure him of that.
I honestly don't know if I am an afternoon or evening person either.
We are currently having an interesting discussion regarding Islam and Christianity on English Sabla......courtesy of Ice Tea.....a beloved member on the forum who causes the lot of us to think...though I know I will not change my views I do honor the intensity of his beliefs:
Question posed by Ice:
It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:"And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray you: and he saith, I am not learned." When angel Gabriel came to to prophet Mohammed pbuh in the cave of 'Hira' and commanded him by saying Iqra (Read), he replied "I am not learned".Do you see any difference?

Where as all believed relaible men speaking the truth, what they said is really what happened ( it wasn't their illusion ). what makes you think what ever book was givin to them it was really from God. I don't denly the power of God book the quran and the bible as will. They are powerful, lets also believe no one can creat such books and such mericals. Isn't possible that the different relgion availabe on earth with different folowers who believe they are right, with diffrent rules and way of living is meant to be just like that. God made people different in every thing, even they have their own stamp, no one on this earth as far as i know from experts have the same stamp as yours. Do you think all these difference was really meant to be all gether to be in one side. I know the globe is in balance black & weight and alot of collors in between. Earth, sea, fire and earth.....act alot of things.IT IS JUST MENT TO BE THAT WAY.
PS : different people, different believes, different issues........its just in a perfect balance when it is the way it is.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is how I believe & I highlighted the areas that I strongly feel mirrors my own religious train of thought......................
I was listening to this song by Evanescence (at full volume--only way) while on my way to work and it got me to thinking again about what this song means to me. When I first heard it on the radio I was like "WOW!" It really spoke to my heart:
"how can you see into my eyes like open doors leading you down into my core where I’ve become so numb without a soul my spirit sleeping somewhere cold until you find it there and lead it back home."
(Wake me up)Wake me up inside(I can’t wake up)Wake me up inside(Save me)call my name and save me from the dark"
The simple raw intensity, the melody instantaneously drew me in....At times I have felt like this....lost, with no guidance and wanted someone to "bring me back to life." Lost within a shallow rat race where we become habitual creatures forgetting why we are here, who we are, forgetting the beauty all around....the price humanity has paid for all of its indiscretions..ok I am going cerebral again but still...............The lyrics could mean anything from this woman finding her true love to finding salvation through a spiritual journey. Whichever one you choose it's still pretty meaningful. Listening to the song makes you crave for more of this band:
Well, almost but I am going to attempt to make my 1st utterly delicious (I hope) homemade Stromboli this weekend courtesy of Pastor Ryan's recipe which can be found here.
Just looks far too delicious NOT to make. Food made for the gods.
Oh...........and I promised a co-worker of mine I would bring some in and a promise is a promise........let's just hope for their sake it turns out ok. ;^)

Love Lost...Love Gained...
I am nothing special; just a common man with common thoughts, and I've led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten. But in one respect I have succeeded as gloriously as anyone who's ever lived: I've loved another with all my heart and soul; and to me, this has always been enough. --Noah (The Notebook)
Life is a passion..........
"Love is passion, obsession, someone you can’t live without. If you don’t start with that, what are you going to end up with? Fall head over heels. I say find someone you can love like crazy and who’ll love you the same way back. And how do you find him? Forget your head and listen to your heart. I’m not hearing any heart. Run the risk, if you get hurt, you’ll come back. Because, the truth is there is no sense living your life without this. To make the journey and not fall deeply in love - well, you haven’t lived a life at all. You have to try. Because if you haven’t tried, you haven’t lived."-William Parrish

"Oh servant of your body, how tired, you are, at serving it. Do you ask to win from what holds in it a loss? Rise to your soul, and complete its manners, For you are, by the soul not the body, a human. And reach to God's rope, hold it tightly, For He is The corner, when other corners deceive you."
I too dream........
All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was a vanity: But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, For they may act their dreams out with open eyes, to make it possible....This I did." T.E. Lawrence
