I have to be mindful as to what I put in my mouth.
I love sweets...omg how I do love them.
My only nemesis...my vice, my crutch...my sweet delectable....ahhh ok enough already.
I hate fruits. Blech....never cared for them but know they are good for me.
I am going to start taking to LIKING them. Bananas, strawberries, apples (ok maybe not apples)...pears are much better...nice and soft and COLD.
I rarely if ever eat after 6pm. If I do usually it is my habitual cup of hot chocolate....ah yes....a lovely sin.
Anyway, I am going to set into my mind that eating healthy is a good thing...yes a good thing.
Now if it will ever sink in! ;^)
