We’re back with a wonderful selection of writing workshops, ranging from the short-short to the narrative poem to the novel. It’s summer: a great time to let loose and be creative!
You choose:
JUMP-STARTING THE NOVEL
Are you stalled in your present novel?
Or want to start writing a new one? Or a first one?
This six-week class is meant to shake ideas loose and propel you forward with at least one novel.
The class is taught by fiction writer and novelist-in-the-making, DENISE PATTIZ BOGARD.
The six-week class meets Wednesdays, 7-9:15 p.m.

TELL THE STORY
Examining the art of narrative in whatever form it spills over--poetry and/or creative non-fiction. Using the classical form: Telling, Writing, Re-writing, Sharing [for those who want to share within a supportive community].
The class is taught by poet, essayist and musician, RABBI JIM GOODMAN.

FINDING YOUR SHORT FICTION
Beginning and intermediate writers will develop their short fiction through writing activities, direct instruction, group discussions and collegial critiques. The class is taught by fiction author JEFF PENN MAY.
