I will have to post my in depth review tomorrow with the facts I obtained but overall it was productive. I can see a need for more education in regards to St. Louis City and County police having a more "friendly" presence with nationals. My overall impression was that the average national tends to fear the police more than anything. And since 9/11 with the crackdown on illegals many of them are simply not going to police to report crimes such as family abuse in fear of being thrown in jail and thus deported.
I learned quite a bit in the couple of hours there and had to jot down a few thoughts.
