Something I have learned about life...

I NOTICED THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO TEND TO LIVE LIFE ON THE EDGE...WHO DO NOT EMBRACE IT. These people do not delve deep into their consciousness (afraid or lazy) to discover out who and what they really are. Instead.... they go through life pretending to be someone they are not. I am not that kind of person. Never was. I think people short change themselves when trying to mold into something they think society wants or their family desires. I believe, as long as you are a good person, respectful then who is to say otherwise about one's character? Embracing life is the fountain of youth I think.

Your experiences in living in the Middle East. I was there for only two weeks. There is some culture shock but since I knew I was tourist it kind of made things more different than say someone who lives there full time. Also, I like your sense of humor and I read your postings while at work.

Just by you living in such an exotic place and where you originate is pretty great in my book. Mind you I live in Midwestern blah USA. We have our moments but I love being in the middle of a challenging situation. I admire women who either are from the Middle East or living there due to job or family standing up to the status quo.
